Introduction to the DUIMP Product Catalog

Dear Customers!

We present the new feature that will certainly bring significant benefits to your import operations: The DUIMP (Single Import Declaration) Product Catalogue.

The DUIMP Product Catalog is an innovative tool that aims to simplify and streamline the process of importing goods, providing a more efficient and safe experience for importers.

With this feature, it is possible to standardize product descriptions, reduce filling errors and ensure compliance with legal and tax requirements.

Some of the key benefits of using the DUIMP Product Catalog include:

Reduction of operating costs;
Agility in registering imports;
Greater control and traceability of operations;
Optimization of import processes.

We are committed to offering innovative solutions that can contribute to the success of your business, and we believe that the Catalog is an essential tool to boost the efficiency and competitiveness of your import operations.

To start our Product Catalog registration, we sent the spreadsheet with the latest RFB layout update and below some instructions for filling it out, mandatory columns in yellow. The TIN code of the manufacturer's registration is not yet mandatory, however, we participated in some lectures by the RFB and the Union and we believe that it will be soon.

Note: before the TIN code number, the country's initials must appear, for example: China = CN / Germany: DE / Spain: ES and United States: US.

Instructions for importing data into the Products table

Import is possible through a file of the type .XLS or .CSV (Excel).

Valid names for columns in the file/spreadsheet are as follows (regardless of order):

HOLDER	Name of the Company Holding the Registration
PRE_REG	Registered price
CAS_NUMBER	Product “CAS Number”
PROD_SPEC	Specific Product Identification (1 = Not Specific, 2 = Drug, 3 = Vehicle, 4 = Fuel, 5 = Weapon, 6 = Immune Paper)
FEATURED_NCM	NCM Highlight
FEATURED_PLI	PLI Highlight – Suframa/ZFM

It is possible to include new manufacturers through this spreadsheet.
If there is already a manufacturer in the table with the same name, the data entered in the spreadsheet will be disregarded and the manufacturer code already registered will be used in the DI.
Valid column names in this case are as follows:

To import, enter the option PRODUCT in the menu TABLE, in the product code field press ALT + P and enter the file name.

Please check some of the products after the operation to make sure it was successful.
